8/10 for merging, 0/10 for splitting

I would love to give “Audio Merge & Split” a 5* review but sadly it only does half the job it’s title promises.
The “Merge” function is quick and efficient as long as the number of files (all the same MP3 format!) to be merged doesn’t exceed 30. More than 30 causes the app to crash.
The “Split” function doesn’t work at all on MP3 files, not even small-sized 20MB files, just throws up an error report for each file.
The app has a neat slick interface.
Since this is version 1.0, I’m hoping the developer (Huafang Liu) addresses the shortcomings and posts an improved version sometime soon.
